摘要:

Granules of SAPO- 34 and strips of ZSM- 5 zeolites had been experimented in the constant temperature and humidity box to measure water adsorption characteristics of two materials by using weighing method. The adsorption characteristic curves and the dynamic adsorption isotherms of two kinds of zeolites were fitted. The experimental results show that the adsorption rates of two kinds of zeolites increase with the increasing of relative humidity under the same temperature. But SAPO-34 is more sensitive to air relative humidity of 70%-80% range and ZSM-5 is more sensitive to air relative humidity of 60%-70% range. The adsorption speed is a decreasing function of time, but it increases with the increasing of temperature and relative humidity. Compared with the ZSM-5, as the absorbent, SAPO-34 can shorten cyclic adsorption time. In addition, the condensation temperature of SAPO-34 is higher by comparing the adsorption isotherms of two kinds of zeolites. So SAPO-34 is more suitable for summer air conditioning and refrigeration system. © 2016, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica. All right reserved.
