摘要:

The AlCoCrCuFeNiMnV0.2Cx(x=0, 0.02, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, moleratio) high-entropy alloys cladding layers were prepared on Q235 steel surface by plasma cladding. The component, microstructure, crystal structure and microhardness of the cladding layers were investigated by means of XRF, OM, SEM, XRD and digital display Vickers hardness testers. The results indicate that the microstructure of the cladding layers is composed of dendritic segregation. The crystal structure of cladding layers is FCC+BCC duplex phases, while the dendrite and the interdendrite are consisted of BCC and FCC phases, respectively. When the range of x is 0.05-0.2, abundant VC phases are precipitated in dendrite, and the shape of VC includes cross shape and polygonal granular. The microhardness of cladding layers increases with increasing C content, furthermore, the microhardness of the layer is 572.4 HV when x=0.2, due to the solid solution strengthening of C and the precipitation strengthening of VC. © 2015, Editorial Office of TRANSACTIONS OF MATERIALS AND HEAT TREATMENT.
