摘要:
Fe-based coatings with CaF2 were deposited on aluminum alloy substrate by arc spraying using spray materials of Fe-Cr-B-C alloy cored wire added to an amount of CaF2. The effect of CaF2 content on microstructure and wear performance of the coatings was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high temperature frictional wear test. The results show that the CaF2 layer formed distributed in the arc spray coatings. When the CaF2 content increased from 0% to 10%, the friction coefficient and wear mass loss of the coatings is reduced, and surface of the Fe-based coatings with CaF2 is smooth after wear test.
