This paper addresses a fault-tolerant intermittent control for parabolic partial differential equation (PDE) system with Markov jumping parameters (MJPs). Firstly, the fault-tolerant intermittent control strategy is presented by the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) based on an appropriate Lyapunov function, which can ensure the stochastically exponential stability of closed-loop Markov jumping parabolic PDE system. Then, the fault-tolerant intermittent control problem for Markov jumping parabolic PDE system is expressed as an LMI feasibility problem. Finally, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2024 IEEE.
