摘要:
In general methods, the measured frequency response functions (FRFs) are usually directly used to identify the characteristics of bolted joints. However, the system's ill-posed problems may arise due to measurement error and noise effect, and the measurement at mechanical joints may be obstructed by joining mechanisms. A new identification method with FRFs was developed to avoid the ill-posed problem. A finite element model of the whole structure composed of substructures and bolted joints was established and the ranges of equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping were obtained in accordance with the relationship between the parameters of bolted joints and the normalized frequency. The averages of the value ranges of equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping were used as the initial value of the bolted joints model, and the minimal FRFs calculation error between experiment and simulation results was taken as the objective. Finally, the equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping of bolted joints were thus obtained. By comparison of the results of the simulation, the experiment and other literatures, it is shown that the proposed method can significantly improve the accuracy of identification.
