摘要:
The effect of COD on nitrogen removal performance by completely nitrogen removal over nitrite (CANON) process was explored in up-flow CANON biological filtration. Synthetic wastewater without organic carbon was firstly adopted as the influent and the coupling of nitrification, ANAMMOX and denitrification was realized at the optimum operating condition of the reactor. CANON biological filtration kept good activity at ammonium concentration of 200 mg/L, nitrogen removal efficiency (NRE) was 76.73% and the nitrogen removal rate (NRR) was 2.82 kgN/(m3·d). The C/N of 0.2 could accelerate the nitrogen removal performance and the NRE could arrive at 89%, which is the max NRE on ideal condition, by adjusting the HRT. Consequently, the nitrogen removal performance of the biological filtration could be promoted by controlling C/N.
