摘要:
A shear wall with SRC columns, steel plate deep beams and concrete strips was proposed. It combines three kinds of energy consumption members which are SRC columns, steel plate deep beams and concrete wall strips. The core structure of SRC columns and steel plate deep beams works together with the concrete strips to consume seismic energy. Five wall specimens with different design parameters were tested under low cyclic loading. The test included two stages. Firstly, the horizontal load was not applied to the specimens until the drift ratio reached 1/50, when the specimens yielded and were damaged obviously. After that, the thinner steel plates were welded on both sides of the wall so as to strengthen the damaged specimens. The low cyclic loading was then applied to the retrofitted specimens until failure. The load carrying capacity, stiffness, ductility, hysteretic behavior and failure characteristics were discussed. Results show that deformation behavior of shear wall with SRC columns, steel plate deep beams and concrete strips is between that of the shear wall with silts and the overall shear wall. During loading, SRC columns, steel plate deep beams and concrete wall strips work together and consume the seismic energy. The design parameters of steel plate deep beams have an obvious effect on the seismic behavior of the walls. The core structure, SRC columns and steel plate deep beams show good ductile yielding mechanism. The new retrofitted walls still have good seismic behavior by strengthening after damaged at a drift ratio of 1/50.
