摘要:
Bolted joints often have a significant effect on the dynamical behavior of assembled mechanical structures and the analytical prediction of structural responses, which depends on the accuracy of bolted joints modeling. A novel method to identify the bolted joint parameters is proposed. Firstly, the tangential models of bolted joints are established with boundary conditions and compatibility conditions using the Timoshenko beam theory, this model consider the moment of inertia of the tip mass. Secondly, the second natural frequency and damping ratio of Timoshenko beam are obtained from the modal testing, which are adopted to identify the tangential stiffness and damping of the bolted joints based on the Cramer's rule in the different preloads, the identification parameters is coupled by finite element method, and the dynamic properties of assembled structure are obtained. Finally, the error between the theoretical and experimental results of the natural frequencies is less than 1.05%. These results indicate that the present analysis is accurate, and more straightforward than the other analysis methods.
