Solar　industry　is　growing,　a　huge　amount　of　glass　solar　vacuum　tubes,　but　this　part　of　the　glass,　there　is　no　uniform　national　standards　and　clear　evaluation　system,　to　integrate　theory　with　practice,　this　article　introduces　the　glass　solar　vacuum　tube　quality　problems　and　dangers,　according　to　the　uniformity　of　glass,　the　relationship　between　mechanical　properties　and　establish　a　set　of　qualitative　and　quantitative　evaluation　system　of　the　glass　level,　and　the　accumulation　of　a　large　number　of　experimental　data　verify　the　feasibility　of　unification　for　the　national　introduction　of　the　glass　solar　vacuum　tube　provide　a　reference　level　of　evaluation　criteria.
