摘要:
Amorphous Fe-(Cr, Ni)-(C, B) coatings were prepared on low carbon steel by arc spraying technology. The phase composition, microstructure, properties of thermal stability and behavior of frictional wear were studied and analyzed by X-ray diffraction instrument (XRD), scanning electronic microscope (SEM), differential thermal analyzer and MRH-3 friction wear testing machine, respectively. The results showed that the coating had a high content of amorphous phase, layered distribution and a dense and uniform structure. The crystallization process in the coating would not occur at the temperature below 500°C. The coating possessed high hardness and excellent friction and wear properties, with the average hardness of 1155 HV0.1. At the same experimental conditions, the relative wear-resistance property of the coating was 13.3 times of the one of Q235 steel, the wear mechanism was mainly dominated by fatigue wear.
