摘要:

In this study, ZCM(zeolite carrying potassium permanganate) algaecide was developed and its removal effect of microcystis aeruginosa and controlling effect of microcystic toxins were investigated. The results showed that ZCM algaecide could remove both algal biomass and turbidity in microcystis aeruginosa water sample significantly, and it achieved a good removal of chlorophyll a, and the removal rate was 82% and 86% respectively under the dosage of 0.11 g/L and 0.17 g/L after 5 days, while the turbidity fell bellow detection limit. With the algae removal, it indicated that ZCM algaecide could obviously remove microcystic toxins in the water sample as well. The most efficient dosages of removing MC-LR was 0.22 g/L, with the removal rate of 96.9%.
