摘要:

Single-phase Si80Ge20B0.6 alloy bulks were prepared by high-energy ball milling followed by spark plasma sintering method. The thermoelectric properties were measured from 400 to 900K. The carriers were scattered by grain boundaries in the alloys prepared by powder metallurgy. The bulk specimens heated for a longer period of time during SPS had higher electrical conductivity. The thermal conductivity values for all specimens were between 2.7 and 4.5 W/(m·K). The figure of merit ZT of the holding for 9 min specimen reached 0.47 at 900K.
