Abstract:
The aseismic behavior of permanent soil-nail supporting system is investigated by shaking table tests with a scale factor of 1/12. During the tests, dynamic characteristics and rules of the slope are investigated with different supporting conditions, such as nail inclination, nail length and nail space. In vibration condition, the lateral displacements mainly occur at the abdomen of the slope, and the displacements at the crest and foot are relatively small. The shape of maximal function belt is polygonal-shape and the maximal function belt is located in the foreside or middle part of the soil nailing area. The response accelerations in the middle of the slope and at the bottom is very close, but the response acceleration is relatively larger at the top part.
