Abstract:
This paper presents an experimental study on a full-scale two-storey, two-bay by one-bay steel-concrete composite slim floor that was subjected to horizontal pseudo-dynamic loadings. Tests on the natural frequency and membrane behavior of the specimen have been conducted. In addition, the time-history load-displacement curves and hysteretic curves obtained from pseudo-dynamic loading test have been specified. Based on the test results, the specimen has a good membrane behavior and remained elastic under the loading cases of amax=0.05 g and amax=0.10 g, but started to crack slightly under the loading case of amax=0.20 g. The test results can provide a reference for further researches.
