摘要:
Lead removal effect on enhanced coagulation combined with potassium permanganate preoxidation and powered activated carbon adsorption processes is studied by laboratory-scaled experiments and prepared lead and organic micro-polluted raw water. The optimal combination parameters of potassium permanganate and powder activated carbon are determined. The result shows that turbidity, UV254 and Pb2+ contents of the sedimentation effluent are 0.164 NTU, 0.0099 cm-1 and 0.1692 mg/L, with average removal rates of 97.48%, 71.71% and 82.69% separately. The optimum combination is determined with powder activated carbon dosage of 40 mg/L for 120 minute adsorption and KMnO4 dosage of 2.0 mg/L for 2 minute preoxidation. The pollutant removal effects are obviously improved by the combined process compared with conventional process. The average removal rate of turbidity, UV254 and Pb2+ contents are increased 0.57%, 14.86% and 17.08%. The pollutant removal effects are studied by small-scaled online water treatment experimental system. The treatment feasibility of emergency lead pollution in raw water is also evaluated. The experimental results shows that the removal rate of turbidity, UV254 and Pb2+ contents of sedimentation effluent are 0.0206 NTU, 0.0045 cm-1 and non-detected.
