摘要:

This paper analyzed the regional environmental problems and its present solutions, technology and limitation in china. And it presented a brief introduction to the composition, structure, function and special features of the regional environmental management digital integrated technology. With the Beijing city digital map (1:50000) as the basic working map, typical regions were chosen as the researching regions, by using the jillion data in the country environmental statistical data system. This paper selectd, classified, concluded and analyzed the correlative regional environmental problems in the chosen researching regions by the integrated technology of GIS and the principal component analysis, partitioning analysis, regression analysis and trend surface analysis. This paper designed a digital management tool and suggested a solution to the regional environmental problems.
