摘要:

The damage tolerance titanium alloys, such as Ti-6Al-4V ELI, TC4-DT, TC21 and TA15 ELI alloys, were summarized. The development process and the new study of damage tolerance titanium alloy were introduced. It pointed out that Ti-6Al-4V ELI alloy was successfully used in the airplane manufacture industry in foreign countries. However, TC4-DT, TC21 and TA15 ELI alloys were still under research in our country. The fracture toughness and fatigue crack propagation rate properties of TC4-DT, TC21 and TA15 ELI alloys were importantly discussed in detail. The lamellar microstructure was beneficial to improve the damage tolerance properties of titanium alloys.
