摘要:

Biomechanical characteristics of artery vessel have been investigated in morphology, histology and mechanics based on animal experiments and mathematic simulations. Firstly, the axial distribution of circumferential residual strain and opening angle was analyzed according to curve length transform method; Secondly, the method of building and loading residual stress in the process of numerical simulation was investigated; At last, the simulation model was verified to be reasonable in histology. The results indicate that the axial distribution of elastic fiber in histology formed the distributions of residual strain and opening angle in mechanics, which results in the ellipse ratio distribution in morphology. The mathematic model of aortic arch with residual strain is not only feasible but also reliable.
