摘要:

To reduce the vibration and noise of thin shell structure in rotary machine, the damping layer and constraint layer are pasted on the surface of thin shell, and their thickness is searched for in many different designs. Selecting a large number of designs in the design space, determining representative points which can reflect the structural vibration characteristic in the thin shell structure, all the designs are analyzed with random response method in the range of effective frequency to obtain the maximal normal acceleration of all representative points in different design. To reflect the effect of structural vibration reduction in the round, the K-S function is adopted to process the maximal normal acceleration of all representative points as a synthetical parameter which can reflect the vibration characteristic of the whole structure. With vibration level difference of the modified design to the initial design as the evaluation parameter for effect of reducing vibration, good or bad of the modified design is evaluated. Results show that the vibration and noise of thin shell structure can be effectively reduced with the damping layer and constraint layer pasted on the surface of the thin shell structure, and that the vibration characteristic of the whole structure can be commendably reflected with the K-S function and vibration level difference processing the data of dynamical analysis.
