This paper analysed the surface deformation caused by shield construction parameters, which refer to the background of a shield tunnel construction of Beijing subway 10th line. The results show that increase rock deformation modulus can reduce surface subsidence and differential settlement, when the rock stress release rate is smaller, and the surface subsidence and differential settlement is smaller. When shield positive soil pressure is greater it causes Uplift in front of soil and reduce final settlement, but it increases the differential settlement in the course of construction, when the equivalent circle zone deformation modulus is larger or smaller, the settlement is small. Through parameters optimization, it makes the influence on the ground surface and structures deformation to the minimum.
