摘要：

In　order　to　realize　the　automatic　control　of　folder　pre-position　system,　a　small　integrated　system　based　on　PC-PLC　model　is　set　up,　in　which　the　PC　is　used　as　the　high　level　computer　and　several　PLCs　are　adopted　as　the　low　level　controllers.　In　the　developed　control　system,　the　PC　assumes　system＇s　management　and　folding-model　setting;　the　PLCs　receive　the　dictates　from　PC　computer　and　control　stepping-motors　to　position　and　adjust　the　folding　units.　The　control　system　has　passed　the　experiment　debugging,　the　functions　of　folding-model　pre-position　and　automatic　control　of　folding　units　are　achieved.
