摘要:

In order to make up very high strength concrete with high-toughness and good performance of shock resistance, the mechanical performance of SFRVHSC was studied, whose steel fiber volume fraction varied from 0 to 3% and plain concrete strength was over 110 MPa. The research work involved the test of mechanical properties such as compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, axial compressive strength, static elastic modulus, bending strength and flexural toughness. The results indicate that, (1) Along with the volume fraction of steel fiber increasing, the compressive strength of cubic specimens rises, and the static elastic modulus increase slightly. (2) The splitting tensile strength and the bending strength increases remarkably. Compared with the plain concrete, SFRVHSC has a good performance on toughness, whose flexural toughness index I5, I10, I30 increase 4.71~5.15, 9.47~11.23, 19.02~24.06 times, respectively. The area enclosed by load-displacement curve of SFRVHSC beams and axis increases remarkably.
