摘要:

Perovskite oxides LaFe1-xCuxO3 (x = 0-0.07) was prepared by a conventional citrate complex method. The structure, shape, particle size, the photon absorption performance and surface property of the prepared LaFe1-xCuxO3 (x = 0-0.07) were investigated by using XRD, TEM, UV-VIS DRS, XPS and PLS techniques. Perovskite oxides LaFeO3 prepared is a kind of nano-sized material. Perovskite oxides LaFeO3 has the good absorption property in UV-visible region, and a series of Cu-doped LaFeO3 have more respondence to the visible light. Under UV light irradiation, H2 can be produced by photocatalytic decomposing of water over the prepared LaFe1-xCuxO3 (x = 0-0.07). Doping Cu2+ can enhance the photocatalytic activity of LaFeO3 to a certain extent, and the optimal doping molar fraction of catalyst is 0.05.
