摘要：

In　the　world,　earthquakes　occurred　continually　in　Indonesia　area　and　Japan　area.　Since　2000,　many　strong　earthquakes　have　occurred　in　both　areas　and　caused　a　lot　of　casualty.　In　this　paper,　31　Indonesia　earthquakes　and　17　Japan　earthquakes　which　occurred　during　Jan.　2000　to　Oct.　2007　were　chose　as　research　objects　according　to　CENC.　We　utilize　the　data　offered　by　International　GPS　Service　to　study　and　contrast　the　total　electron　content　anomaly　upon　the　epicenter　of　Indonesia　and　Japan　earthquakes　15　days　before　and　after.
