With　reference　to　perpetual　inventory　method,　this　paper　first　constructes　the　cumulative　amount　of　fixed　capital　model　of　passenger　transport,　and　then　calculates　the　cumulative　amount　of　fixed　capital　of　road　infrastructures,　traffic　management　infrastructures,　public　transport　park,　social　car　park,　rail　traffic　infrastructures,　and　passenger　vehicles,　respectively.　The　result　shows　that　the　growth　of　traffic　infrastructures＇　cumulative　amount　of　fixed　capital　is　similar　to　the　passenger　vehicles＇　during　the　10th　five-year　plan　in　Beijing.　The　capital　reserve　of　transport　infrastructure　grew　quickly　enough　to　resist　the　press　of　the　growth　of　vehicle　volume.　Furthermore,　this　paper　considers　that　the　cumulative　amount　of　the　fixed　capital　of　passenger　transport　which　is　expressed　in　currency　can　be　one　index　which　evaluates　the　transport　supply　comprehensive　in　one　area　till　one　time.
