摘要:

Aiming at the characteristics and problems on rib hoisting of long span CFST arch bridge, the optimization theory was introduced to predict the cable tension and pre camber value, and the rigid displacement caused by rotational displacement continuum was also considered. While assembling the first segment, all segments of the FEM model without weight but the closure segment were generated at the same time, and then loaded it according to the order of construction. The object of construction control was to set the elevation deviation of reference points on rib in an appropriate range. The first order analytical method was adopted to solve the precamber value by iterative optimization method. This method was used in the construction control of a deck arch bridge and turned out to be practical and simple. It can present the prediction value of buckled cable tension and precamber quite accurately.
