The dynamic experimental system was constructed in order to study the effects of the flow rate and humidity on the photocatalytic decomposition of formaldehyde. Anatase TiO2 film was prepared by dipping method. The results shown that there exists the transition from mass transfer control to photocatalytic control with increasing of flow rate in the reaction process and there exists an optional humidity to the photocatalytic decomposition of formaldehyde as well.
