摘要:

By using micro electromechanical system (MEMS) technology, a miniature vapor compression heat pump prototype is developed based on the optimized design of micro Wankel compressor without air outlet valve. The matching of compressor and power system is considered, further more, the matching of micro condenser, micro evaporator and capillary length has been studied experimentally. The heat pump weighs approximately 4 kg, have dimensions of 260 mm × 250 mm × 120 mm, can provide 300 W cooling, and the CCOP is above 2.0. The system can run for 90 min driven by high performance lithium battery.
