摘要:
Suspend-dome structure system is adopted in the roof steel structure of the badminton gymnasium for 2008 Olympic Games. The system is made up of top chord single-layer latticed shells, bottom cable, and vertical stay-strut. During the design, the whole finite element model, including the roof steel structure and the stand structure below, is established and subject to calculation and analysis. Considering the project importance, structure stress feature, construction inaccuracy, prestressing loss, architectural modeling and construction cost, etc. we assemble various load cases such as dead load, live load, snow load, wind load, temperature and earthquake, and etc. to calculate and analyze the inner force, deformation and overall stability during the structure construction phrase and the structure using phrase, optimize the structural members insuring the security of the whole structure meanwhile. During the design, the sequential element activating method is used to simulate the procedure of construction, and construction simulation analysis is conducted with the consideration of the stiffness effect of the temporary stay. The three-dimensional entity finite element analysis method and contact analysis technology is applied to calculate the prestressing loss for the cable-strut joint. In this paper, non-linear spring system is used to simulate the prestressing loss of the steel cable, and the influence of prestressing loss on the whole structure is studied.
