The experiments were carried out to study the shock isolation effect of the intelligent shock isolated system composed of the spring and the MR damper. The applicability of the control algorithms were studied under the shock vibration. The conclusions are that in the same semi-active control, the control effect attained from the three kinds of different computed methods (COC, IOC, LQR) is almost similar. They can be selected arbitrarily for use, and among them IOC algorithm is relatively simple. According to peak value of the acceleration, the better control algorithms are: LSL_IOC, Switch, and Bangbangl. The vibration isolation ratio of these control algorithms is up to 91%. It proveds that the system of shaking composed of the spring and intelligent damping is feasible.
