摘要:
The influence of the different operating conditions (the trans-membrane pressure, feed concentration and temperature) on dead-end MF specific resistance of yeast suspensions was studied by using a self-making microfiltration cup in which the PES flat membrane with 0.2 μm average pore size was put. In addition, a linear multi-regression model was used to study the degree of the influence of these operating conditions on dead-end MF specific resistance of yeast suspensions. The results showed that, the trans-menbrone pressure, feed concentration and temperature are all influence factors of dead-end MF specific resistance, and the operating pressure is a remarkable factor, both the feed concentration and temperature are common influence factors; the influence degrees of the trans-membrane pressure, feed concentration and temperature are 75.31%, 12.89%, 11.8%, respectively; the specific resistance increases as the increasing trans-membrane pressure, increases with the increasing feed concentration first and then it decreases as concentration increases, whereas decreases as temperature increase; a relationship between specific resistance and the trans-membrane pressure, feed concentration and temperature is described by the linear multi-regression model. The average error between experimental value and model value is less than 5.16%. These will provide basis for process optimization in dead-end microfiltration.
