Abstract:

For the problem of huge difference between the actual stress in retaining structures of deep foundation pit and theoretical calculation, this paper analyzed those data measured from YA-AO Square in Beijing. The results show that the stress in retaining piles is no less than 100 MPa, which is far less than designed strength, and the pulling force of anchors is 1/3-1/2 of designed value, which provide valuable references for similar projects.
