One　of　the　key　problems　in　ocean　data　storage　field　is　how　to　store　the　interrelated　data　files　into　those　limited　storage　space　medium,　such　as　CD.　In　this　practical　problem,　it　is　required　to　try　to　keep　the　integrity　of　files＇　relationship　and　try　to　make　the　storage　space　usage　rate　as　high　as　possible.　By　analyzing　the　basic　principle　of　multiobjective　optimum　and　studying　several　outstanding　EA　which　can　be　used　to　solve　these　types　of　problems,　present　a　special　EA　applied　in　storing　the　interrelated　files　of　constrained　multiobjective.　By　comparing　the　simulated　result　with　SPEA2,　its　high　effectiveness　in　finding　the　Pareto　optimal　solution　set　has　been　verified.
