The fix reposition errors of holographic disc were mainly discussed. According to the volume holographic storage theory and rays tracing method, the need of precision location of holographic disc for spherical reference wave was discussed, and the fix reposition errors were analyzed then the errors compensation method was proposed. A fix device of holographic disc was designed, and a method to feed back and compensate the reference beam was put forward: A glass plate that could be controlled to adjust its obliquity was added at the back of assembling lens of reference beam, which fix reposition errors could be compensated precisely and the precision is 1-2 μm. The feasibility was demonstrated by experiments.
