摘要:

This paper is the analysis and implementation of high-speed signal integrity of SRIO across boards, By analyzing three key factors affecting signal integrity: transmission line impedance consistency problem; transmission line loss problem; cross-talk between transmission lines, a complete set of signal integrity design and PCB design improvement schemes is proposed. Through the simulation software HyperLynx of Mentor, it can realize fast, simple and accurate signal integrity simulation analysis and design verification function. Lastly, Anritsu's MP1800A signal quality analyzer is used to test the error rate of SRIO signals across boards. © 2019 IEEE.
