Recently, the expansion of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the amount of data generated by intelligent devices have increased sharply. However, centralized cloud computing paradigms are no longer the best solution for managing these huge amounts of data processing and storage. In order to meet the application requirements of the IoT, the future network technology will be fused and developed on the basis of the existing technology. This paper proposed a wireless sensor networks (WSN) architecture with fog computing to meet the design principles of IoT devices at the edge of the network. The proposed model is designed to support high availability, high scalability and low latency. Furthermore, localization technology is one of the key technologies of WSN, and it is also a supporting technology for many IoT applications. Aiming at the localization problem in WSN, we proposed a weighted factors localization algorithm. The basic idea of the proposed algorithm includes general localization and specific nodes localization. We evaluated the performance of our proposed algorithm and compared it with the other two algorithms. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm performs better than other algorithms in localization performance. © 2019 IEEE.
