Handling device have been widely used for Factory and warehouse applications such as working High temperature and toxic environments. Similar device have also been applied to Palletizing processes. These types of devices were considered during the design of the early warehouse. Studies have looked at the handling device for box-type goods but there are not any emulational and experimental studies on Long strip cargo. Understanding the role of Movement principle of the link mechanism and its Kinematic equation is key to the Design of handling device. This study presents emulational and experimental results of a Handling device carry long strip cargo. We used Adams, an Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems software for computational studies of the Linkage action. There is tiny discrepancy between our computational and emulational results. ©2019 IEEE.
