According to the characteristics of the end sealing mechanism of the packaging machine in the market, a new highspeed fixed end sealing device is designed based on TRIZ (Theory for Solving Inventive Problems) in this paper. The three-dimensional model of the mechanism was carried on by SolidWorks and the dynamics simulation was carried on by ADAMS. The movement rule of the key components of the end sealing mechanism was obtained through the dynamic analysis. Then the prototype construction and the actual packaging sealing experiment was carried on. The experiment results show that the packaging effect is good and the packaging rate and packaging speed can meet the actual production requirements. It has profound significance to promote the development of packaging machinery and promote packaging automation. ©2019 IEEE.
