In recent years, with the development of embedded systems, industrial control systems have higher requirements for visualization. Data obtained by sensors are not only huge in quantity but also with fast updating frequency. Therefore, how to analyze and integrate effective data to provide to users has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper introduces a Online Float Glass Defect Marking Management System based on PIC18F97J60 MCU and Xilinx XC7Z020CSG484C1 FPGA chip as the control core, using Omron nb7w-tw00b Touch Display panel. The system is connected to the upper Glass Defect Detection System through the Ethernet network, receives the defect coordinates transmitted by the upper system and marks them on the glass, and communicate with the touch Display Panel uses MODBUS protocol, realizing the visualization of the whole system. © 2019 ACM.
