We　propose　a　probe　position　correction　method　based　on　cross-correlation　for　continuous-wave　terahertz　ptychography,　by　which　the　scanning　position　errors　could　be　minimized　in　the　order　of　0.01　pixels.　©　OSA　2019　©　2019　The　Author(s)
