Given the tracking failure problem of SRDCF algorithm in target occlusion and severe deformation, this paper put forward the optimized SRDCF tracking method through adopting the DDIS correction module. Firstly, we use step by step search strategy to achieve tracking target location estimation and scale estimation on the basis of SRDCF. Then, the tracking correction module is constructed through the DDIS algorithm, and combine space weight and correlation filtering score to achieve accurate estimation. Finally, the adaptive template updating strategy is utilized to solve the problem of tracking drift. We use OTB-2013 standard data set to evaluate the proposed algorithm in this paper, and compared with 30 kinds of tracking methods. The experimental results show that the precision score and success rate are 85.1 % and 64.6% respectively, which prove the excellent performance of the algorithm in this paper. © 2018 IEEE.
