The experiment of biomass and coal char blended fuels under different blending ratios was carried out on a high temperature thermogravimetric analyzer. The influence of the blending ratio of different biomass on the combustion characteristics of coal char blended fuels was studied. The ignition temperature, the burning temperature and the comprehensive burning characteristic index of blended fuels were analyzed. The kinetic data of activation energy and pre exponential factor of biomass and coal char mixture under different blending ratios were obtained by dynamic analysis of the experimental data. The results show that with the increasing proportion of biomass mixing, ignition temperature and burning temperature of the mixed fuel are decreased, maximum combustion rate, average burning rate and the comprehensive combustion characteristic index of the mixed fuel are increasing, the activation energy of low temperature section increases and activation energy of the high temperature section decreases continuously. Compared with the three biomasses, bamboo has the greatest influence on the activation energy of blended fuels. © 2018 IEEE.
