This　paper　analyzes　the　home　and　abroad　research　status　of　evaluation　of　lean　construction　capacity　from　evaluation　index　and　evaluation　method　and　discusses　shortcomings　in　the　systematization　of　evaluation　index　of　lean　construction　capacity,　empirical　study　of　evaluation　of　lean　construction　capacity,　verification　of　the　operability　of　the　evaluation　index　system　and　improvement　measures　and　so　on.　Finally,　it　is　pointed　out　that　we　should　establish　a　multi-dimensional　and　multi-level　and　operable　evaluation　system,　and　use　the　method　based　on　statistical　theory　to　make　empirical　research　and　evaluation,　and　develop　measures　and　suggestions　in　line　with　the　development　direction　of　Chinese　construction　industry　according　to　the　successful　experience　of　foreign　lean　construction　in　the　future　research.
