摘要：

We　designed　a　LoC　with　embedded　optofluidic　holographic　microscopy　capabilities.　Object　flow　allows　unlimited　FoV　microscopy　of　samples　in　a　liquid　volume.　High-throughput　counting　and　3D　tracking　of　RBCs　is　demonstrated.　©　OSA　2017.
