摘要：

A　real-time　measurement　method　of　the　liquid＇s　refractive-index　relative　to　its　concentration　changing　by　digital　holography　was　proposed,　based　on　using　one　microfluidic　chip　of　type　Y　channels　and　a　polarization-multiplexing　dual-wavelength　digital　holographic　system.　©　OSA　2016.
