The　problem　of　effectively　obtaining　the　configuration　of　human　hand　from　image　sequence　is　interesting　because　of　its　theoretical　importance　and　it　involves　with　diverse　application.　A　wide　range　of　applications　such　as　Human　Computer　Interaction　(HCI),　recognizing　fingerspelling,　personal　verification,　etc.　can　be　built　that　the　problem　robustly　and　efficiently　solved.　At　the　same　time,　years　of　research　on　Hand　Gesture　Recognition　(HGR),　Hand　Pose　Recovery　(HPR)　now　makes　these　applications　reliably.　©　2012　Authors.
