摘要:

To study the injection characteristics the double-solenoid valve system is designed in different conditions, and double solenoid valve test system and a test platform and built to complete the test content. Conditions on the regulation of the same target features, performance and low-speed jet loop dynamic adjustment of performance between the test result analysis. Results show that double solenoid valve system on the same target conditions can be quickly and easily change the injection characteristics, enhanced fuel injection characteristics of the controllability of the system, through the two valves are open and flexible combination of timing control, low speed engine, they can easily achieve high-pressure fuel injection, by changing the control valve and the duration of time, two-valve system can be quickly and flexibly adjust the diesel engine fuel injection characteristics of each work cycle to meet the needs of the engine in different conditions, can greatly improve engine performance and low speed start-economy and emissions. © 2011 IEEE.
