Based on the concept of service enterprise competitiveness, this paper analyzes the key elements of enterprise competitiveness and establishes the evaluation index system of it, which includes three first-level indexes, i.e. enterprise resources, enterprise capabilities and enterprise performance, 10 second-level indexes and 28 third-level indexes. It selects fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, principal component analysis, grey relational analysis to evaluate the service enterprise competitiveness. Based on the results of the single evaluation models, it applies Kendall harmony correlation to examine the compatibility. Then it applies the combination evaluation models including average model, driftance model, and cooperation game model to evaluate service enterprise competitiveness, applies Spearsman rank correlation coefficient to examine the consistency, and output the best result result. Based on the final outputs of enterprise resource, enterprise ability, enterprise performance and the overall competitiveness, it uses K-means method to make clustering analysis. Finally, it makes empirical evaluation on the postal enterprises competitiveness. © 2011 IEEE.
