Abstract：

EtherCAT　real-time　Ethernet　technology　that　proposed　by　Beckhoff　Company,　is　now　widely　used　in　industrial　automation　and　motion　control　fields.　In　this　paper,　slave　module　design　based　on　EtherCAT　fieldbus　is　carried　out　from　the　view　of　the　theoretical　study　and　product　application　as　well.　©　2011　IEEE.
