摘要:

The methods for adjusting a single bus line includes adding the bus line, deleting the bus line, shortening the bus line, lengthening the bus line and relocating some stops of the bus line. This paper presents a multi-level evaluation system, which can capture various aspects of concerns in the bus line planning process, including the equilibrium of supply-demand for passengers, the equilibrium of supply-demand for the public transport facility, the rationality of geometry for the bus line, and co-harmony among the bus lines. The proposed method offers the weights for multiple evaluation criteria and multiple indicators for each evaluation criteria using the Delphi method. Whether the adjusting scheme is rational for implementation or not is derived from the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE). A case study about shortening a bus line in Beijing is provided to illustrate the proposed model and assist planners in the best understanding. © 2011 ASCE.
